This is very much a recipe that can and should be adjusted to taste and macro needs. Ideally, you'll have a silicone mold for small treats like this one.

Mix your Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter (or protein), and salt. Pour the mixture into your silicone mold, if you're using chocolate leave a little bit of room at the top of each cup. Place the whole thing in the freezer and let it harden, maybe about an hour. Once they are hardened melt your chocolate chips (if using). Pour/spread the cholate over the top of the cups in the mold where you left the space. You can also sprinkle a little salt on top now. Return the whole thing to the freezer to let the chocolate harden, just a couple minutes. Lastly, enjoy!
